Being built entirely from steel products the BiltWell structure is virtually maintenance free. There is no further upkeep thus the structure maintains it's structural integrity, remains attractive looking and requires no further input cost. The maintenance free design makes the BiltWell structure a lower cost alternative over time.
RELEASE HOT AIR TRAPPED IN THE PEAK OF THE ROOF
The roof ventilator component built into the BiltWell structure allows venting of hot air that can become trapped in the peak of pitched-roof designed buildings. Venting this hot air in summer maximizes the cooling abilities of the structure and closing the ventilator in winter will retain hot air ensuring proper equipment function.
PROVIDES EXTRA VENTILATION
The double windows in this structure provide for more ventilation and air removal as well as providing for more setup options. Setting the structure so that the air intake aligns with one window and the exhaust aligns with the opposite window creates a more efficient cooling solution.
ALLOWS QUICK & EASY INSTALLS
The BiltWell structure uses only 12 bolts in the assembly process to hold components together. This feature utilizes less hardware saving in cost of construction, time to install as well as making it quick and easy to remove wall or roof sections if a larger access area is required.
MORE DURABLE & ATTRACTIVE
BiltWell metal structures have been designed to use steel in every aspect of construction. Metal provides a strong structure with integrity that will not change over years of harsh weather or multiple tear down and reassembly cycles. Steel construction also makes this structure fire-proof providing an overall safer product.
EASY ACCESS & SUPERIOR VENTILATION
The double doors in this structure serve a similar function as the double windows by providing superior air flow and ventilation. Two sets of double swinging doors allows easy access to the equipment for repairs.
ADDED SECURITY & STRENGTH AGAINST HIGH WINDS
The BiltWell structure comes equipped with two tie down locations. The corner braces quickly square the structure on install and provide an area to anchor the structure to the ground. The eyes built into the roof ventilator allow the structure to be tied down to the equipment making the structure more rigid especially in high wind areas.
QUICK SETUP & MOVEMENT OF STRUCTURE
Two lifting eyes are built into the roof ventilator component. These lifting eyes aid in setting the roof ventilator in place during installation. They also allow the entire assembled structure to be lifted as a complete unit with the use of a picker. Every aspect of this design has been made to ensure ease of use and installation.
